Students can choose to become certified in GK or GT first or do them simultaneously. This is a decision unique to each individual. Aside from taking these courses to become an instructor they can also be taken as a learning experience to deepen a students knowledge and experience in honing their practice. The courses for each cert need to be completed within one year.
