Playing sports all my life and weight lifting 5 times a week since college has created a number of imbalances in my muscles and joints. When I heard this this type of exercise decompresses my joints while still strengthening my weaker muscles, I was a little skeptical at first. However, after the first two sessions, I left standing taller and my right hip felt looser. The approach Lauren takes is very detailed oriented and her ability to identify the movement problems in your body shows that she has extensive knowledge in what she does. I have been doing this on and off over the last year and can say that on the days I do go, I’m reminded of the benefits it’s providing for me. I play pickleball and golf and this form of exercise really helps me improve on the range of motion I can get which translates into more power and speed in both games.
Lauren was amazing! She meticulously explained everything, how to execute the movements and how each movement was making me stronger. I left feeling taller, less anxious and hungry to go back and repeat! 🤩❤️🤩
I started Gyrotonic to strengthen my core and enhance flexibility to improve back pain. It has transformed my back, and the pain has disappeared. Lauren not only understands anatomy and Gyrotonic, but make the Gyrokinesis sessions fun and enjoyable.
Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis have given me more mobility in my upper spine. I have also been able to use the what I have learned in Gyro in my Pilates practice. I feel good and have fun when I do Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis.
I have been taking Gyrokinesis class since February 2020, and I have had a significant improvement in my range of motion and flexibility. Gyrokinesis is a challenging and fun workout. I have participated in a group setting and one-on-one; and Lauren really takes the time to understand my body shortcomings and challenges. She is patient and flexible and does everything in her power to make sure that you are getting the most out of your time with her.
I always enjoy my mat pilates classes and love seeing improvement in my body.
