I started Gyrotonic to strengthen my core and enhance flexibility to improve back pain. It has transformed my back, and the pain has disappeared. Lauren not only understands anatomy and Gyrotonic, but make the Gyrokinesis sessions fun and enjoyable.
Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis have given me more mobility in my upper spine. I have also been able to use the what I have learned in Gyro in my Pilates practice. I feel good and have fun when I do Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis.
I have been taking Gyrokinesis class since February 2020, and I have had a significant improvement in my range of motion and flexibility. Gyrokinesis is a challenging and fun workout. I have participated in a group setting and one-on-one; and Lauren really takes the time to understand my body shortcomings and challenges. She is patient and flexible and does everything in her power to make sure that you are getting the most out of your time with her.
